The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK to recognise outstanding work in their communities.

Adele Bennett and Kelly Mackay of Enerco Group were delighted to receive the trophy at the Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations (ACVO) Awards on the 30th of March 2017, winning the category “Friends of the Third Sector”. This award recognises Enerco Groups voluntary support to local charities (referred to as the third sector) in the City of Aberdeen.

HRH Prince Harry paid a visit to Robert Gordon University (RGU) as part of his first official visit to Aberdeen where he was keen to learn about some of the vital work being done by a number of the City’s leading youth development projects and the essential support that Enerco Group and other local Companies provide through corporate sponsorship and hands-on support.

Aberdeen based charity, Denis Law Legacy Trust – Streetsport, has received a two-year sponsorship package worth £30,000 from local entrepreneurial investment firm Enerco Group Ltd.

The charity, which carries out over 700 free weekly sports and creative activity sessions for young people, has been given this significant boost as it continues its work to combat anti-social behaviour throughout the city. ...read more

2014 Office Redevelopment Completed

Enerco Group are pleased to announce the completion of the multi-million pound re-development of Carden Place.

The new facility provides 10,000 square feet of office space on three floors with onsite parking both to the front and rear of the building.

Group company, Mintra Training Portal has relocated from its existing two offices into the new facility which forms their new UK Headquarters.

2013 – Enerco Group Invests £3 million in Expansion

Press Release: Entrepreneurial organisation Enerco Group is committing £3 million this year towards creating a new office complex in Aberdeen’s West End in a strategic move to bolster its service offering and grow its position in the region.

The three-storey office in Carden Place, designed to accommodate 100 people, will provide Group companies with a further 9,000sqft of office space and private car parking when complete. 2012 –£20m Contract Wins and Group Rebranding

Following an internal restructure during December the company was renamed as Enerco Group (UK) Ltd.

The final quarter of 2012 saw positive development and growth with £20 million of new contracts secured across Group companies with a variety of Oil and Gas majors both in the North Sea and overseas. It is anticipated this will lead to the creation of a further 20 new jobs.

Enerco Venture, an entrepreneurial investment company focused on the oil and gas industry, has announced its second significant investment in its first year of business.

Enerco Venture has invested a six figure sum into Mintra Training Portal Limited, a joint venture between Norwegian firm Mintra A.S. and Enerco Venture. The Aberdeen-based company has already secured £250,000 worth of contracts in its first month of business. Mintra is an established leading provider of competency solutions for the oil and gas industry with 300 oil and gas clients. The granite listed property on Albert Street in Aberdeen’s West End, comprises 3,000 sq feet of accommodation with private car parking and garden to the rear. The property has been renamed as Enerco House and is undergoing refurbishment in stages.
